Adult Intermediate Modern Dance Class (Limon based release technique)
Tuesdays 6:30-8
$15 per class
Beatrice’s modern class focuses on developing body-mind awareness by working with breath, gravity and space to dance with joy and ease to music from all over the world. The benefits of working with release technique will be felt as a reduction of unnecessary tension in body and mind and as a greater ability to “let go and go with the flow”.
