2025-2026 Classes

It is our personal wish to provide a study of the art of ballet in a program which is enjoyable and inspiring, challenging and progressive, with a lasting reward for each dancer. By the accomplishment and poise of our blossoming students, the trust and confidence of their families, we are kept bound to these ideals, taking great pleasure and care to arrive in harmonious dance.

Class placements are at the discretion of the directors. Ages are approximate. If you are new to Pas de Vie Ballet, please complete the form below and we will reach out to help with proper class placement. For school policies and dress code, please click here.

A $45 annual registration fee will be charged upon enrollment, along with a prorated amount for the month of August. You will then receive monthly invoices for the remainder of the year. If starting in the middle of the month, the first invoice will be prorated.

Class Descriptions

Creative Movement (Age 3-5):
For our youngest dancers, this lighthearted class helps to create and foster an awareness of movement through a variety of engaging activities.

Young Dancer Ballet/Lyrical (7-10):
This beginning ballet and lyrical class introduces the basics of traditional ballet and tap technique while bridging creativity in a light, welcoming environment.

Level II Ballet (6-8):
Classical ballet technique is further explored and understood as ballet theory is introduced in a structured and enjoyable environment.

Level III Ballet (9-11):
Classical ballet technique progresses with a deeper understanding of the physical and mental components working together. Along with continued knowledge of ballet theory, focus is placed on alignment, balance & control. Pre-pointe exercises are introduced at this level.

Scholars (11-13):
Classical ballet technique progresses in this intermediate level where stronger, more in depth emphasis is placed on alignment and control for adagio, pirouettes, and allegro. Girls will continue or begin basic pointe work.

Advanced I and II (13+):
Accomplished ballet dancers, possessing a strong classical foundation and a clear understanding of technique & theory, continue to build upon their class work and skills, developing strength and confidence as they are guided to grow as classical and contemporary performing artists.

Mens Int/Adv Ballet (13-25):
Classical Ballet technique for young men with at least one year of prior training, helping them develop further balance, control and specific strength required for the male dancer.

Young Boys Ballet (6-10):
Introducing the basics of traditional ballet and building awareness of balance, coordination, and musicality in a welcoming environment.

Adult Classes


For those new to Pas de Vie Ballet, we encourage you to fill out the enrollment interest form below. Our Director will reach out to discuss all options and place your dancer in the most appropriate class.

FAQS

What do dancers wear to class?
  • Girls: Black Leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.
  • Boys: White or Black shirt, black tights, black ballet shoes.
  • Additional items may be needed at the advice of the instructors.
  • Hair must be secured in a neat bun off the face and neck properly. You will need elastic bands, bobby pins, and a strong hair clip or hair net.
  • Ballet shoes must be worn in all technique classes.
  • Short matching chiffon skirts are permitted.
How do payments work?
  • Tuition may be paid in full in September for the academic year or can be divided into 9 equal monthly installments (September-May).
  • A $40 registration fee is due upon registration. You will then receive invoices via email for the following months. If you choose to pay September-May in advance, you will receive a 5% tuition discount.
What if my dancer misses a class?
  • Missed classes may be made up within the same month at the same or lower level.
